Player’s Contract

Commitment
I will attend all practices and games.
I will be a team player.

Attitude
I will have a good attitude at all practices and games.
I will be receptive to constructive criticism.
I will demonstrate an eagerness to learn.
I will be respectful and courteous to coaches & teammates at all times.
I will be attentive to the coaches while they are talking by stopping what I am doing so that I will hear and understand what is being said.

Sportsmanship
I will show good sportsmanship towards teammates and opponents.
I will not make negative comments to or about teammates, officials or others.
Effort
I will come to practices and games to play not fool around.
I will work hard and hustle at all practices and games.
I will practice at home for a minimum of 20 minutes daily.

Parent’s Contract

Parents will ensure players’ attendance at all practices and games.
Parents will demonstrate common courtesy and good sportsmanship towards all players, parents, coaches, and referees.
